2 years minimum with coronary, structural heart, complex PCI and peripheral experience Travel Exp Required Travelers must live 100 miles away from facility Required
RN: BLS, ACLS Charting System: EPIC (required) Epic Cupid (preferred) Alaris Omnicell Patient Types: Coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, Impella insertion, LVAD insertions, etc. Patient Ratios: RN: 1:1 Skills required: Critical patient assessment skills, Vasoactive and Sedation drug administration, sterile technique, air management, Laser and Lithotripsy Atherectomy, Cardiac Cath lab and Peripheral IV skills Devices: IABP, Impella, Rotoblator, Penumbra Floating: If yes, where?
No Orientation: (facility and unit) 4 days (10 hr shifts) Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Q4 weekends Will they be on call? Yes, 1-2 days per week from 1630-0600 and every 4th weekend from 1630 Friday to 0600 Monday am Holiday Expectations: possibly 1 per assignment Approval of time off?
