Looking for primarily Cath Lab experience, and ideally EP experience also. Any EP experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker. They would be required to take STEMI call. 2+ years’ experience.

Will also need ACLS and NIHSS cert. Previous travel is highly preferred Must have Cerner experience – deal-breaker 6a-4:30p, call would be 8a-6:30p - 1-2x/wk and every 4th weekend. Also, a 4-day weekend is built into the rotation.

Also, on call is 1x/week and about every 6th weekend (Friday-Monday). I do expect some flexibility and openness to help cover extra call shifts as needed! Our department is a very busy lab with 15-20 procedures per day.

We perform a wide variety of procedures including peripheral vascular intervention, cardiac intervention, and cardiac rhythm management procedures, including EP. We also perform structural heart, but the applicants won’t need to have experience in that field. The position is four ten-hour shifts with rotating on-call duties, 6a-4:30p when not on call and 7a-5:30p when on call.

The schedule comes out in a six-week rotation. On-call is one night per week until the call day falls on Friday. At that point, call covers the weekend.

Days off rotate, as well, and there is a four-day weekend built into the schedule.
