Title: RN Cardiac OR RNFA Duration: 13 weeks Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642 Start Date: 10/26/2026

Day Shift 4*12s 48hours/week

36 or 48 hrs/week Shifts: Primarily weekdays, 7 AM–7 PM or 11 AM–11 PM Call: On-call responsibilities per unit need

2 years Cardiac RNFA experience License: NYS RN License

AHA BLS, ACLS & CNOR Telemetry: Required Core

Assist with chest exposure/closure and independently perform vein harvesting for CABG Preferred: DaVinci robotic first-assist experience Additional Preferred

Scrub/circulate complex cardiac cases including: CABG Structural heart procedures (e.g., Bentall) Minimally invasive procedures (e.g., Mini AVR) Heart failure cases (e.g., Impella) Heart transplant experience

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move RN License (NY License ONLY) Required BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Two (2) Years Experience Required 2 Years ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) Required CNOR Certification Required Telemetry Required Questions: Question 1 When can this candidate start their assignment at SMH?
