$2,360 - $2,480 Setting: Cardiac Stepdown / Acute Care Floating: Potential to float to ICU or IMCU Registered Nurse Requirements Active RN license in hand At least 1 year of recent experience in cardiac stepdown, telemetry, ICU, or a similar acute care nursing environment Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend Strong assessment, critical thinking, telemetry, and cardiac monitoring skills Comfortable floating to ICU or IMCU as needed Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient care Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients with complex medical needs Monitor telemetry, assess cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to care plans and clinical protocols Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal outcomes Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly in the medical record Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery goals, and discharge readiness Float to ICU or IMCU when assigned and provide flexible, dependable support across the unit Apply now for this Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse travel job in Green Bay, WI, and take the next step in your acute care nursing career.
