✓Active New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license and current registration
Certifications
✓PRI and Screen certification must be obtained within three months of employment
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree required
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
✓Minimum of 2 years of care management experience in a healthcare setting or managed care organization
✓Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning
✓Ability to review and interpret medical records, claims data, pharmacy information, laboratory reports, and prescriptions
