RN – Case Manager / 13-week contract / Start Date: 11/02/2026 – 01/30/2027 / 40 guaranteed hours/week / 8-hour Day shifts – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM / 5+ years of RN experience required / Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience required / Inpatient hospital experience required / Coverage: All inpatient units, ED holds & overflow units / No weekends, major holidays or call / Floating required / Black scrubs or business casual / Travel candidates only / 50-mile radius rule / Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center – Mattoon, IL
