Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Current New York State Registration, Certified in BLS Equipment/Procedures: EPIC, acute care hospital case management
