✓Kaiser, outpatient case management, home health, and health plan case management experience do not meet this requirement
✓Two professional references from the past year required
✓Important: Candidates must have acute-care Case Management experience in California
✓Outpatient, home health, and health plan experience alone will not qualify
✓Strong knowledge of Utilization Review, levels of care, and observation status
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
✓Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract
Knowledge of post-acute care, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory compliance preferred

Days, 5×8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Monday–Friday | No weekends or on-call
