08:00-17:30 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 1 Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN Case Manager in Springfield, OR. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence following an injury or illness. Our specialized rehabilitation programs cater to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
Position Information: Role: RN Case Manager Unit Information: 42-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital Patient Ratios: 5:1 RN/LPN, CNA 7:1 Equipment: EPIC, PYXIS EHR: Must have EPIC experience
Must have an active RN license on hand BLS certification required 1+ years of experience required (no new grads) Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and Med-Surg preferred Additional Information: Weekend Hours: M-F every other weekend rotation No call requirements Scrub Color: Any color Time to Report: 7 PM Parking: Back of the building Who to ask for upon arrival: Jon Ward, Nurse Manager GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
