Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 16, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Tech for a cardiology unit requiring cath lab experience and ARRT-R certification. Details Cardiology unit cath lab setting performing interventional and diagnostic cardiovascular radiology procedures 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Rotating on-call required, approximately 2 days per week and 1 weekend per month Assist physicians by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures Requirements Cath lab experience required ARRT-R certification required, license required if applicable VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist) certification preferred Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology department preferred BLS required upon hire and must be maintained ACLS required within 30 days of hire Proficient computer skills required Additional Information Ensure procedure rooms are adequately prepared and stocked, monitoring par levels of instruments and supplies Participate in departmental staff meetings, performance improvement activities, and training of new staff Assist with all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures Local candidates accepted
