Details Cardiac Cath Lab setting 13-week contract, day shift, 10-hour shifts from 06:30-17:00 Weekend call rotation required, approximately 6-7 shifts per month Holiday call rotation required No floating required Uses Epic EMR Requirements Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab experience required, 3+ years preferred New graduates not accepted Active IL IEMA license required if applicable Current BLS and ACLS certification required Active, non-pending state license and certifications required BLS must be American Heart or American Red Cross certified Epic EMR experience required Prior travel assignment experience required, minimum of 1 completed assignment 2 professional references required, with 1 from the most recent travel assignment Date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Must work at least 1-2 holidays during the contract RTO maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts Facility requires an on-site EKG test (pass/fail) on Day 1 of orientation, with a study guide provided in advance; failure may result in contract termination First-time travelers are not accepted for this position Returning permanent or per diem staff must be separated from employment for 12 months before being eligible as a travel candidate Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate Local radius of 50 miles applies Hospital conducts a 10-15 minute interview as part of the hiring process
