Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Four 10-hour days) Responsibilities Perform X-ray imaging and scrubbing during Cath Lab procedures. Assist with the following procedures: Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) Cardiac device procedures Peripheral vascular procedures Carotid procedures Shift and On-Call Requirements Four 10-hour shifts per week. One weekday of on-call duty per week.
One weekend of on-call duty every four weeks on a rotating schedule. Holiday coverage may be required. Required Licenses and Certifications Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. IEMA license/certification required for the state of Illinois.
Qualifications At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred. Experience with Cath Lab imaging and scrubbing procedures preferred.
