- Cath Lab Technologist – Direct Hire Full-Time A well-established acute care healthcare organization in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a permanent, full-time opportunity. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures. - Salary range: $70,262 – $108,909 annually (based on experience)
- Hourly range: $33.78 – $52.36

- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Support procedures including cardiac catheterizations, Swan-Ganz catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, TEE/CV, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
- Administer and monitor moderate sedation under physician supervision
- Scrub, circulate, and assist with patient positioning and sterile field maintenance
- Operate physiologic monitoring equipment and document procedural data
- Prepare and administer contrast media and other medications as directed
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures
- Participate in inventory management, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental audits
- Respond appropriately during emergency situations and support resuscitative efforts as needed Requirements
