Cath Lab Technologist – Direct HireFull-TimeA well-established acute care healthcare organization in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a permanent, full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for cardiovascular and imaging professionals looking for schedule stability, a highly specialized procedural environment, and long-term career growth.This position offers the opportunity to work alongside cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Position Overview
Salary range: $70,262 – $108,909 annually (based on experience)
Hourly range: $33.78 – $52.36

Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
Support procedures including cardiac catheterizations, Swan-Ganz catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, TEE/CV, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
Administer and monitor moderate sedation under physician supervision
Scrub, circulate, and assist with patient positioning and sterile field maintenance
Operate physiologic monitoring equipment and document procedural data
Prepare and administer contrast media and other medications as directed
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures
Participate in inventory management, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental audits
Respond appropriately during emergency situations and support resuscitative efforts as needed Requirements
Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) required
ARRT-R or RCIS preferred
Delaware Radiation License required for fluoroscopy use
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab, Cardiovascular, Interventional Radiology, or related procedural experience preferred
