Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Cath Lab Tech, Cardiac Cath Lab (Day Shift) in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Location Martinsburg, WV Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 4 ten-hour days with 10-11 call shifts per month, including weekends.
The Cath Lab Tech will work in a 7-suite Cath Lab and IR with 2 Cath Labs and holding rooms. They will be responsible for assisting in various cardiac procedures, predominantly managing adult patient populations. This role requires proficient experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and familiarity with the Cupid EMR documentation system.
Responsibilities Assist with various cardiac procedures, including peripheries, cardiac cath, PCI, and device placements. Support the Cath Lab team in ensuring optimal patient flow and safety during procedures. Utilize the Cupid EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Participate in on-call shifts as required, responding promptly when called. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab setting is required. Candidates must have experience with IABP and IVUS procedures and be familiar with the ACIST injector, although training can be provided.
Certifications/Licensure BLS and ACLS certifications are required. West Virginia License as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) is necessary; RCIS will not be accepted.
