BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS; PICU and NICU experience; previous NICU/PICU float pool experience; Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Certification (pending submission accepted); Epic experience; VA license (pending); adherence to UVAs float policy
Float across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby. Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric patients requiring critical or intensive interventions. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, including UVAs float policy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality pediatric care. Adhere to scheduling requirements, including night shifts and block scheduling where applicable. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
