Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled

Assist the Occupational Therapist in the planning, development, organization, evaluation, and direction of occupational therapy activities -Maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, etc.. -Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes as required -Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments, etc., as necessary -Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate or as directed by the Administrator or Occupational Therapist
