Licensure
✓Valid Washington State license/credential in hand, as required by the facility
Certifications
✓BLS certification
✓Current NBSTSA certification as a Surgical Technologist
Qualifications
✓Minimum 1 year of relevant surgical technology experience
✓Strong neurological surgery experience is mandatory
✓Candidates without the required neuro skills will not qualify
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment
Orthopedic and general surgery preferred
Neurosurgery, including spinal procedures and craniotomies preferred
Pediatric surgery preferred
Urology and gynecology preferred
Robotic surgery, particularly the da Vinci Xi system preferred
ENT, plastics, ophthalmology, and transplant procedures preferred
