BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract preferred
No coworker references accepted preferred
Background hits are reviewed, but candidates with an open case are not accepted preferred
Orientation & Compliance preferred
ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation preferred
Acceptable scores are required, with a maximum of two attempts preferred
COVID-19 vaccination required preferred
Medical or religious exemptions only preferred
Flu vaccination required preferred
Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from the nicotine-free facility requirement preferred
