Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – OR Float Facility: Brigham & Women’s Hospital (BWH) Location: 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115 Contract Length: Standard 13 weeks Start Date: November 16, 2026 Schedule
4×10-hour shifts Shift Type: Day/Evening rotation Evening
1:00 PM – 11:00 PM Day
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri); 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Wed) Night Rotation: Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract Call: On-call required, including at least 2 short calls per 4-week schedule Weekend Shifts: May include 12-hour shifts, with 8- or 10-hour shifts scheduled during the same week to meet contracted hours Requirements Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification Experience in a high-volume operating room Ability to work day, evening, and night rotations Availability for weekends and call shifts
