Surgical Technician - Neurosurgery (Surg Tech - Neuro) – Day / Variable Shifts

Full-Time | Standard Operating Room Shift Structure | 40 Hours per Week Schedule Structure: Standard surgical scheduling practices. Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Rotational surgical call and weekend coverage per department guidelines. On-Call / Standby: Surgical call coverage required per department operational standards.

Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Operating Room / Neurosurgery Specialty. Core duties include scrubbing high-complexity neurosurgical cases (craniotomies, spine surgery, vascular neurosurgery, instrumentation), maintaining sterile field integrity, managing specialized neurosurgical instrumentation, and collaborating with surgical teams and neurosurgeons. Location Region: Connecticut (CT) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE] Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Surgical Technologist experience with extensive specialization in Neurosurgery strictly required [HARDSTOP].
