This position is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant patient care while supporting clinicians through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management. The DPCS works closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams to maintain regulatory readiness, achieve strong clinical outcomes, and create a positive experience for both patients and employees. Lead and supervise home health clinical operations and staffEnsure quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of careMaintain compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, California state, and applicable regulatory requirementsOversee clinical staff hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performanceSupport clinicians through coaching and ongoing educationDrive performance improvement and quality initiativesEnsure timely and accurate clinical documentationCoordinate interdisciplinary patient careServe as a key liaison between clinical staff, physicians, operations, and leadershipOversee patient admissions, discharges, and overall care deliveryPromote strong clinical outcomes and a patient-centered cultureMinimum
