Rotating schedule — Monday–Wednesday one week, Thursday–Friday the following week Setting: Outpatient primary care Patient Volume: Approximately 20–24 patients per day EMR: Epic / Kaiser Health Connect Assignment Duration: 3 months, with potential extension Credentialing: Approximately 90 days Temporary Privileges: Not available 🩺 Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, preferred.
Support the clinic during seasonal cold and flu surges. Deliver patient evaluations, treatment, and follow-up care. Provide coverage at both Cudahy and Lynwood locations as needed. ✅ Requirements Board-certified Family Medicine NP or PA.
Active California license required. Fluent Spanish-speaking ability is mandatory. American Heart Association certification required.
Must be comfortable working at both clinic locations. 💉 Vaccination Policy Vaccination is preferred; waivers may be considered.
