Locations: Dayton, OH 45417Duration: 12 Months CTH Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Description· RN at its Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).· OH licensed RN and active CPR certification.· Above average mental ability, good physical and mental health with previous experience in a long-term care facility.· Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.· Dependable, organized, reliable, has good attendance.

Relates well with co-workers, staff and residents· Shows adaptability to varied situations, is empathetic, enthusiastic, creative and a resourceful personality· Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.· Knowledge of healthcare guidelines and medical necessity criteria.· Strong communication and organizational skills.
