Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months Full Time, Rotate- FT rotating days and evenings, with an every other weekend component Provides services to medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. Responsible for providing all aspects of pharmaceutical care assuring a positive patient outcome. The Pharmacists must be skilled in screening for all age/dosage/disease dependent variations and be alert for improper dosages, drug interactions, and play a major role in drug monitoring.
This person shall possess excellent communication skills and be an active participant with physicians and fellow health care workers. Performs duties to assure quality drug therapy. Performs quality assurance procedures as outlined in department policy and procedure manuals and as assigned by the pharmacy director, pharmacy manager, and/or clinical coordinator.
Maintains education standards as required by state law and hospital policy and procedures.
