Profession (RN/LPN/CNA): CNA Specialty: Behavioral Health *MUST HAVE PEDS EXPERIENCE* Weekend scheduling: Rotating weekends Start Date: ASAP Contract length: 12 weeks Required

Missouri, (MO) STATE CNA LICENSE IN HAND, valid drivers license, BLS, ACLS (preferred) EMR: Yes - We use HCS Years of Experience required: Prefer 2 years experience in behavioral healthcare, but not required Patient Ratio: No ratio for nursing staff — Mental health techs are a 1:5 ratio during the day and a 1:8 ratio at night would certify them in Handle with Care during orientation process. Orientation week/1ST week will be 9AM to 5PM. 40 HOURS this main facility is not medically complex.

So, these will be strictly behavioral health youth. The CNAs will serve in a ratio capacity as our floor staff and will be required to do physical restraints. will train for this during orientation. We also have many youth that have ADL needs.

They will also help with these youth as well. LOCALS OKAY, SAME RATE
