Certified Nursing Assistant position in ED, Med/Surg, Peds ED and MS -Shifts 6, 12-hour shifts in two weeks Peds Float Pool- Shifts 4, 8-hour shifts, 4, 12-hour shifts in two weeks Every other weekend is required Acute Care experience preferred
Current New York State certification. Must have BLS certification. One year of patient care experience.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance. Duties: Demonstrates excellent communication skills, ability to work well in teams, and exhibits patient focus. Performs direct and indirect nursing care activities (obtaining vital signs, toileting, bathing, and feeding of patients based on patient assignment), will also work as a safety companion to patients who are deemed a safety risk.
