- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Assist with intake screenings and routine nursing care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
