CRITICAL CARE DIRECTOR POSITIONWV License or Compact LicenseInterim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred Experience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU. CCRN Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis. Has lead quality improvement initiatives Has knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards Budget development Productivity management Capital Budget planning ICU flow optimization Interdiscipclinary collaboration Integrate ICU care models across the various ICUs Proven success in leading cultural transformation Experience managing resistance across diverse teams Relationship & Influence skills
