Qualifications
✓PGY2 Critical Care/ED residency or 5+ years of ICU/ED clinical care experience
✓1 year of ASHP-accredited residency or 4+ years of acute hospital experience
✓Critical care/emergency medicine clinical pharmacy experience, including codes and traumas experience needed
✓Experience attending Code Blues, RSI, Code Stroke, and Code Sepsis
✓Day shifts may be considered for candidates with rounding experience
✓Onsite role in the Emergency Department or ICU
✓Responsibilities include STAT order verification, medication recommendations, antibiotic stewardship, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and drug utilization review
✓Evening and swing shifts available
✓Flu vaccine required
✓Medical/religious exemptions permitted
