CT Manager Opportunity – Peoria, ILDirect Hire | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)A leading healthcare organization in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced CT Manager to lead its Computed Tomography department. Position OverviewPermanent, full-time leadership positionMonday–Friday scheduleDay shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)40-hour work weekManage daily operations of the CT departmentLead staff while maintaining clinical expertise in CT imagingCompensation & BenefitsPay range: $46.05 – $61.02 per hour (based on experience)$20,000 sign-on bonusComprehensive benefits packagePaid time offRetirement planLeadership development opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the CT departmentSupervise, mentor, and support CT technologists and department staffPerform CT imaging procedures as neededEnsure high-quality patient care and image quality standardsMaintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety requirementsAssist with staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and departmental performanceStart IVs and administer contrast according to department protocolsPartner with Radiology leadership to support departmental initiatives and continuous improvementFoster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellenceRequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in an imaging modality within a medical center-based imaging department (CT, Radiology, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, etc.)Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experienceExperience performing CT examinationsLevel I Trauma experience requiredPrevious travel experience preferredExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience operating GE CT scannersAbility to independently start IVsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsLicensure & CertificationsARRT Certification (Required)BLS Certification (Required)IEMA Certification (Required)Active Illinois license or proof that the Illinois licensure process has been initiatedDepartment Details640-bed Level I Trauma CenterCT department equipped with 5 GE CT scannersNo floating to other departments requiredEMR: EpicPatient PopulationHigh-acuity emergency and inpatient populationLevel I Trauma patientsAdult and specialty imaging patients across the medical centerScheduleMonday–FridayDay
