Exciting Opportunity for Travel CT Tech!

- Position: Travel CT Tech -

7A - 3:30P -

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Location: Wichita, KS Unit Information

  • Adult 64 Bed Hospital with a 12 bed Adult ICU.
  • 14 bed Emergency Department.
  • Imaging department weekend staffing includes:
  • 1 MRI tech
  • 1 Xray tech
  • 1 US tech (Saturday only)
  • 1 CT tech
  • Weekend shifts for CT: 7A - 7P

CT Tech Responsibilities

  • Work primarily with adult ED patients, with occasional pediatric scans.
  • Serve adult inpatients as ordered.
  • Operate Siemens Somatom Plus 128 slice CT scanner.
  • EMR: Meditech
  • PACS: FUJI Synapse

Requirements

  • Must have:
  • 6 months CT Tech experience
  • CT registered with ARRT
  • KSBHA license
  • Preferred:
  • Siemens scanner experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in CT
  • Ability to back up Xray if tech is in the OR
  • Strong problem-solving skills
