RN License; BLS; current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting, Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients recovering from complex surgeries. Monitor and manage patients' ventilators, CRRT, Swan-Ganz catheters, and epicardial wires. Titrate vasoactive medications and manage level 1 IABP and ECMO support.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient recovery. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
