MD RN, BLS, CPI, and ACLS required; NIH, OCN, and TCNN preferred
Provide specialized care for post-op cardiac surgery patients, including those with active management of cardiac output and extreme coagulopathy. Manage patients with hemodynamic instability, open chest, OHS/Impella, ECMO, CRRT, IABP, or at surgeon’s discretion. Float to MSICU as needed and work rotating night/mid shifts based on unit needs.
Adhere to scheduled weekend and holiday coverage requirements. Assist with patients requiring 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, including post-op cardiac patients and cardiac re-admissions. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
