The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients for a designated time frame. The RN provides care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. This role involves direct care of CVICU patients, including post-operative CABG, vascular, and ICU status patients, while maintaining hospital and unit-based competencies.

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Illinois state RN License in good standing BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
