RN required, BSN preferred, 2 years of experience required, with a minimum experience of 0 years in the field.
Rotating shift with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include performing in accordance with system-wide competencies and actively participating in quality improvement efforts. Utilizes research and evidence-based practice to support clinical care, applies the nursing process within the framework of Relationship Based Care, and formulates daily goals and care plans that involve the patient as a partner.
Demonstrates critical thinking, communicates effectively, and documents patient care comprehensively to promote communication between caregivers. Provides patient and family teaching, develops and maintains productive relationships, and demonstrates cultural awareness. Performs other duties as assigned.
