0530-0630 flex start times, 5x8hr shifts M-F On call: Rotating extended shift, night, weekend, holiday call based on current staffing. Currently works out to about 2 overnight and 1 weekend of call per month. Weekend Rotation: Call only Holiday

No floating, only assisting with procedures in other departments where cardiac surgeons are involved (Cath Lab, Main OR, etc.)
