Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist, CVOR (Day Shift) in York, Pennsylvania. Location York, PA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift Schedule requirements include alternating days off, 1-2 call days per week with a 30-minute response time, and every third or fourth weekend.
Weekend coverage is from Friday 4:30 PM until Monday 6:00 AM. Holidays may be required as needed.
The Certified Surgical Technologist will support a Level I trauma center with open-heart experiences, including caring for COVID patients. The position requires knowledge of the EPIC charting system and the ability to follow aseptic techniques in the operating room environment. Responsibilities Assist with surgical procedures in the CVOR.
Ensure the sterile field is maintained during surgical procedures. Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment relevant to surgical procedures. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective workflow during surgeries.
Participate in post-operative care and preparing the operating room for subsequent procedures. Required Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR. Experience in a Level I trauma center is required.
Certifications/Licensure NBSTSA certification is required. BLS certification is required. EPIC experience is required.
