- RN | Acute Dialysis Canyon Vista Medical Center – Lifepoint Health | Sierra Vista, AZ | Oct 12, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Day Shift Seeking an experienced Acute Dialysis RN for a short-term hospital-based dialysis project utilizing the Tablo Hemodialysis System. Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 hours/week
- No nights
- No weekends
- No call
- Acute care and ICU patient population
- Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Expedited credentialing and onboarding Key Duties:
- Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients
- Provide dialysis care for acute care, Med/Surg, and ICU patients
- Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments
- Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, vascular access, and patient response
- Operate and troubleshoot the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Manage AV fistulas, AV grafts, and dialysis catheters
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain infection prevention, safety, and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing teams
- 2+ years of recent acute dialysis experience
- Hospital-based acute dialysis experience required
- ICU dialysis experience required or strongly preferred
- Current unrestricted Arizona RN license or applicable Compact license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Competency with AV fistula, AV graft, and dialysis catheter access
- Ability to independently manage acute dialysis treatments
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to complete required Tablo University modules and credentialing before start date
