Work Shift • 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. w/rotating weekends Assesses the nutritional status of patients followed by implementation of appropriate care plans. Plans and directs preparation of modified diets as prescribed by the medical staff of patients with therapeutic diet needs. Responsible for patient nutrition care, diet instruction and nutrition presentations as requested.

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutritional Service or Foods and Nutrition Registered Dietitian in state of IL BLS

About the role

Assesses the nutritional status of patients followed by implementation of appropriate care plans. Plans and directs preparation of modified diets as prescribed by the medical staff of patients with therapeutic diet needs. Responsible for patient nutrition care, diet instruction and nutrition presentations as requested.
