Director OR - Operating Room (RN)

Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week) · Schedule: Monday–Friday. No weekends.

Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable. Relocation Assistance: Negotiable. Licensure Required: Active Minnesota RN license.

Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.

3+ years of surgery experience required. Preferred: CNOR certification, Master's degree, and 3+ years of management experience. Unit Overview: Director-level leadership role overseeing Surgical Services operations — Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Central Processing, and the Orthopedic & General Surgery Clinics — at a rural medical center and clinic.

Charting System: Epic. Dress Code: No specific scrub color.
