This position provides clinical, operational and strategic leadership while overseeing staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance and departmental improvement initiatives.Responsibilities Direct daily Emergency Department operations Lead, mentor and evaluate nursing staff Oversee hiring, staffing and scheduling Maintain Joint Commission and regulatory compliance Develop and implement policies and procedures Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives Manage departmental budgets, productivity and financial performance Partner with physicians, administration and hospital leadership Ensure exceptional patient care and clinical standardsRequirements Active North Carolina RN license or eligibility BSN required 5+ years of hospital Emergency Department experience 2+ years of nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of ED operations and regulatory standards Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsWhy Join This Team?
