This position is responsible for staffing, quality, patient safety, financial performance, regulatory readiness, and clinical excellence. The Director will lead department strategy while developing nursing leadership and fostering strong relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and hospital executives. Responsibilities Lead clinical and operational performance of Emergency Services Develop and execute short- and long-term department strategies Oversee staffing, budgets, productivity, and resource management Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance Manage patient, physician, and staff concerns Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff Conduct performance evaluations and support employee engagementRequirements Active RN license BSN required 3+ years of critical care nursing experience Critical care course completion Current BLS & ACLS PALS within 6 months of hire TNCC within 1 year Strong nursing leadership, financial, and operational management skillsWhy Join This Team?
