Unit Information: Beds: 43 rooms that can accommodate ESI Level 1 through Level 5 patients Approximately 140 191 patients per day. Typical RN ratio 3:1 / 4:1 / Boarded patients 5:1 or 6:1 Scheduling: Schedules are released in four-week time blocks and are typically released approximately two weeks in advance. Orientation: Day one- 12 hours 7a-7p (first 4 hours- onboarding and education, second 8 hours on the floor with nurse) Day two- 12 hours on the floor with a nurse (working their contracted shift) Day three- first shift on their own HOLIDAY ROTATION
Every other MORE INFORMATION: Contract Length: 13 weeks Start: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
