12-hour nights Hours per Week: 36 Job Requirements At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required Current, active RN license in good standing Emergency Room RN or acute care experience strongly preferred Ability to care for both med-surg and emergency department patients Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in emergency and med-surg settings Assess patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and respond quickly to changes Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols Monitor patient status and document care accurately and thoroughly in the medical record Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining a calm, professional presence during high-acuity situations
