- Supervise patient care and nursing staff in the Emergency & Trauma Department.
- Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department in partnership with the Director of Patient Care Services.
- Provide leadership and support to a knowledgeable team of professionals.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care delivery.
- Take bedside nursing shifts as needed to support staff and operations.
- Foster a collaborative and effective team environment.
