Minimum 2 years RN experience Minimum 1 full year of recent Emergency Department experience Experience must include high acuity ED settings No new graduates Experience must be hands on and independent Observational or orientation only ER experience does not qualify Licensure & Certifications (ALL REQUIRED) Active PA RN License BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS REQUIRED ER CLINICAL COMPETENCIES Airway & Respiratory – REQUIRED Candidates must have independent experience with: • Breathing treatments CPAP / BiPAP Mechanical ventilation RSI medication administration Procedural sedation Chest tube setup & care CRITICAL CARE & EMERGENCY EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED Candidates must be comfortable managing: Trauma patients ,Cardiac emergencies, Neurologic emergencies ,Medical & surgical emergencies ,Burn patients ,Behavioral health crises ,Pediatric & NICU/PICU boa
