Days, 7 AM–7 PM; 36 or 48 hours/week. EMR: Epic. Floating: May float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Minimum 1 year; first-time travelers accepted. Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend.

BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. Unit Description: ER; Sioux City facility is a Level III Trauma Center. Radius Rule: No locals; must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license.

Holidays: Must work 2 of 3 — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day. Maximum one day off request during each specified holiday period.
