Current and valid RN license Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room settings (RN-ER) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to respond swiftly and calmly to emergency situations Previous contract or acute care nursing experience is a plus

Provide direct nursing care to patients experiencing acute illness or trauma Triage patients, assess needs, and initiate appropriate medical care Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff Administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform procedures as directed Document all patient care provided in accordance with facility protocols Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
