Details Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department treating patients across the full acuity spectrum, from urgent care to critical care and trauma Mostly mid shifts with ability to cover day or night shifts, 12-hour shifts typically Wednesday/Thursday for mid shifts and weekend day shifts (0645-1915) Position is based at a new ED location but candidates must be willing to cover open shifts at other ED locations as needed based on volume and acuity Manage critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes Cerner EMR experience required Requirements Active NV RN license required, no pending licenses accepted Minimum 2 years of ER experience required, within a US hospital setting Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required BSN highly desired Required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (AHA certifications only) Cerner experience required Additional Information Coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure safety, quality, and a positive patient experience Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility, no local candidates accepted Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
