The RN will be responsible for: Providing direct nursing care according to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Assessing patients and documenting their conditions.
Communicating patient status and changes to the healthcare team. Coordinating care across multiple disciplines. Carrying out physician orders and nursing interventions.
